Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Marilyn's app and website (the “Service”), operated by Novantuno Groupe in Montréal, Québec, Canada. By signing in or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms.

Membership and eligibility

Marilyn's is a private, invitation-only members club. You may only use the Service if you have received a valid invitation and are of legal drinking age in Québec (18 years or older). Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at our sole discretion if these Terms or the club's rules of conduct are breached.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and magic sign-in links secure. Do not share them. Notify us immediately at info@maremtl.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.

Reservations

  • Reservations are subject to availability and the club's policies.
  • No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
  • We may modify, confirm or cancel a reservation if necessary; we will notify you promptly when we do.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to access another member's account or data;
  • Probe, scan, scrape or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure;
  • Resell, transfer or publicly disclose your invitation or sign-in link.

Content and intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, photography and design elements of Marilyn's and the Novantuno Groupe are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Novantuno Groupe nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms or the club's rules have been breached. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Judicial District of Montréal.
