Common questions

I didn't receive my sign-in link

Check your spam folder for an email from info@maremtl.ca. Links expire after 15 minutes — if yours has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen. If you still don't see it, email us and we'll resend manually.

I want to cancel or change a reservation

Open the app, go to Book a seat, find your upcoming reservation and tap Cancel, or email us with the new date and time you prefer.

I want to delete my account

Email info@maremtl.ca from the address tied to your membership. We'll confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days, as required by Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA.

My Apple Wallet pass isn't updating

Pull down on the pass to refresh, or remove and re-add it from the Membership card screen in the app.
